How does package pricing work?
The flat fee covers the cost of service, baristas, the cart rental, labor, transport (within 50 miles of metro Atlanta), delivery and breakdown. The additional cost per guest covers unlimited drinks for that guest for the duration of the event. This cost also covers the fresh produce, syrups, sweetners, garnishes, cups, straws, ice, napkins, and anything else needed for the beverages.
What's included in the decor?
We bring fresh florals for the front of the cart, a custom menu tailored to your event, and small items that match your event theme. Additional items such as balloon styling, major floral design, additional decor such as seating or custom backdrops or signage can be added to all packages. We have in-house staff that can provide these services.
Do you travel outside of Metro Atlanta?
Of Course! We love to travel. Any travel outside of the 50 mile radius will be charged at a rate of .95 per mile. For all travel over 100 miles accomodations must be provided and will be invoiced as an add-on service.
Does Aroma offer cocktails?
Yes, Aroma loves to create a great cocktail. However, we are not allowed by law to purchase the alcohol for the event. Any client requesting alcohol is responsible for providing the alcohol, appropriate permits and insurances for their event. Our Barista/Bartenders have received specialized Alcohol Server Training. Some of our signature cocktails include the Chocolate Espresso Martini, Kahlua Whipped Irish Coffee, Spiked Royale, and Passion Fruit Mojito
Do you offer pre-event tastings?
Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer this option, we are looking to add pre event tastings in the near future. Until then our team of experts will do their best to bring your custom specialty drinks to life. We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality craft beverages and service.
How many drinks can you serve per hour?
We produce approximately 50 - 75 drinks per hour. For non-alcoholic events with more than 150 guests we require an additional barista to increase bar flow and beverage output.
